A Bit About Me

Hey,

I’m Christina and I am obsessed with talking about consciousness and teaching others how to become more conscious of themselves because I believe in the power of awareness to heal our hearts, minds, and souls*.

As a personal consciousness consultant (PCC) and inner world guide, I hold space for people to become more aware of themselves and their subconscious programming. I believe that our perception of reality drastically impacts our experiences in reality; and I know that our perception is not a static thing - it shifts & grows, it constricts and distorts. I also believe that we have the ability and authority to change our minds, our views, and our perspectives whenever we want to, but learning how to give ourselves permission to re-write our own stories and live into our own perspective can be daunting work.

As consciousness explorer and inner work enthusiast, I have found that having someone to walk along side you as a guide & a friend during your journey of waking up to your programming and conditioning is helpful, and I am always honored when I am able to hold the light of radical acceptance and compassion for others who are also venturing through their inner world. Ultimately, my purpose is always to help others stay conscious of their programming and learn to use their awareness to live a life that is aligned with their values and beliefs.

The heart of my work is to illuminate human consciousness by guiding people to embrace their life story, understand their own perspective, and how it relates to the perspectives of others in their environment to facilitate the awakening of the unlimited potential of their mind, heart, and soul.

In grounded terms, as a PCC, I help clients break free from subconscious loops, address deep-seated mental patterns & programs, and reclaim their personal power through 1:1 sessions. With certifications in Spiral Dynamics and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and over a decade of immersive self-exploration, my work is rooted in both science and soul, structure and intuition, & heart and mind.

*Disclaimer: As someone who has experienced some of the best that life has to offer and some of its worst; and as someone who has struggled with self-loathing for over two decades, I can vouch that inner work works IF, and ONLY IF, YOU want it to. Inner work is a personal, conscious CHOICE, that does not happen overnight. It is a journey, a way of being, a lifestyle. (You can read more about my Personal Consciousness Journey below.)

My Personal Consciousness Journey

I wasn’t always empowered in my existence. I was a deeply empathetic, painfully shy child who felt the emotions of those around me as if they were my own. To keep the peace, I became an emotional regulator for my family and friends, absorbing their pain to prevent them from suffering alone. I was a chronic people-pleaser, molding myself into what others expected of me—small, palatable, and "normal"—until I lost sight of my true self entirely.

For 25 years, I lived a life that wasn’t mine, masking my deepest truths to fit into the roles assigned to me by my family, friends, and society at large. By the time I was 12 years old, I was consumed by insecurity, chronic social anxiety, and depression. I spent years trapped in anxiety, disempowerment, and perpetual victimhood, searching for a way to free myself from the inner suffering that I was experiencing. At 18, I started my decade-long journey into my inner world by beginning with cognitive therapy, desperately searching for answers, relief, and a way to understand the overwhelming thoughts & emotions that had defined my life.

Therapy became the first step in a much grander story of self-exploration—one that eventually led me to explore Christian Mysticism and Gnosticism; ancient metaphysical wisdom & practices; energy work & nervous system work; as well as consciousness expanding technologies to uncover the root causes of my suffering and reclaim my personal power over my life.

At 29 years old, my true awakening occurred, when a consciousness-expanding experience shattered the illusions that had shaped my reality. And for the first time, I began forging a life path that was fully, and most importantly, authentically mine.

By 33, I discovered that I am neurodivergent, and with that revelation, I was able to reimagine my entire life through a new lens that gave me so much clarity about myself and the world I grew up in. What I once saw as being "too sensitive, too weird, and too emotional" became the very source of my power—my deep intuition, my boundless empathy, and my ability to see beyond the surface of the human experience.

It was then that I realized that I am the author of my perception of my lived reality.

I saw that the world around me was not shaping me or demanding that I show up in any particular way—I discovered that I was the one telling the story about my life.

And from that moment forward, I reclaimed my power, I rewrote the narratives that kept me small and afraid, and embraced the fullness of my authentic self.

This was the seed from which the Consciousness Evolution Model (CEM) was born—a framework that emerged not from textbooks or institutions, but from a deep, lived inquiry into what it truly means to awaken, evolve, and remember who we are beneath all of the layers of programming.

My story is still unfolding, and I’m always intrigued to meet other fellow inner world explorers. So I would love to invite you to join me on this journey of self-reclamation, deep transformation, and radical authenticity—where we embrace who we truly are and exchange the gifts of our wholeness with one another.

If you’re ready to break free from outdated narratives, reconnect with your true self, and step fully into your personal power—I’m here to walk this path with you.
